Automation Engineer - Robotics & Controls Integration No Visa Sponsorship now or in the future We're looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and bringing advanced automation systems to life. If you have experience with robot programming, Beckhoff TwinCAT, motion control, cobots, and industrial system integration , you'll work on innovative manufacturing projects from concept through commissioning. What You'll Do
  • Design, program, and integrate advanced robotic and automation systems for manufacturing applications.
  • Develop PLC, HMI, and motion control software using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 .
  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial robots, collaborative robots, and Epson robotic systems.
  • Integrate robots with machine vision, servo systems, sensors, conveyors, and peripheral equipment.
  • Develop controls architecture, electrical I/O, and industrial communication networks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and Modbus networks.
  • Perform machine startup, commissioning, debugging, validation, and production support.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer installations.
  • Create technical documentation including operating procedures, controls documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support and training for customers and production teams.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver successful automation solutions. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or controls engineering.
  • Experience programming PLCs and motion control systems using Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 .
  • Hands-on experience integrating robotic automation systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software systems.
  • Experience commissioning automated equipment in manufacturing environments. Experience with one or more of the following:
