$30.00•$40.00 per hour (W2 Only)•Must be LOCAL or willing to
RELOCATE
at your own expense•This is role is 100% ONSITE, no remote work offered•Paint Digital Engineer will create offline robot programs for download in a robotic production process. This includes coordinating with Regional Paint Engineer study, conduct the trial, evaluate based on safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Supporting Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for sealer, UBC, and dampening coat robot processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Support Paint DE group to develop reach studies and cycle time analysis for primer, base, clear and interior robot processes. Lead meetings with related groups, document creation, and supporting the plants in the process.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Associate or bachelor s degree in a technical discipline, or 2+ years of equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications Experience with Digital Engineering Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION
Associates/Technical Degree Other Requirements:
10%: Travel•Domestic and International (able to obtain a US Passport)
Canada/Mexico PPE:
