full-time Do you enjoy working with kids and have a passion for robotics, technology, and hands-on learning? Code Wiz Plainsboro is looking for an enthusiastic Robotics Coach/Instructor to join our team and teach robotics programs through one of our private school partnerships. This position involves teaching a robotics class every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:15 AM-11:00 AM during the school year, from September through June.

Pay:

$30.00-$45.00 per hour

Part-time The ideal candidate enjoys working with students in an educational environment and wants to help kids develop skills in robotics, engineering, programming, problem-solving, and teamwork. Our coaches play an important role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience. You won't simply be following a lesson plan - you'll be helping students understand concepts, encouraging them to think creatively, and making sure they are actively participating and learning throughout each class. Responsibilities Teach robotics lessons using Code Wiz curriculum and hands-on projects Lead students through robotics builds, programming activities, and engineering challenges Create a fun, engaging, and positive classroom environment Help students troubleshoot and solve problems independently Encourage teamwork, creativity, critical thinking, and communication Monitor student participation and provide support when needed Communicate professionally with school staff and Code Wiz team members Maintain a high standard of classroom management and student engagement Complete required training and professional development Requirements Must be available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10:15 AM-11:00 AM throughout the school year (September-June) Experience working with children in a camp, tutoring, childcare, classroom, or after-school setting Interest or experience in robotics, LEGO robotics, programming, engineering, or STEM education Comfortable learning and teaching new technology and curriculum Strong communication and classroom management skills Patient, enthusiastic, and comfortable working with elementary and/or middle school students Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable and professional Join us in inspiring young minds through innovative robotics education!
