About Us We are a dynamic and innovative automotive manufacturing company specializing in the design and build of automated assembly lines , industrial automation systems , and robotic solutions for global clients. Position Summary We are seeking a Controls Engineer with experience in PLC programming , industrial automation , and robotics integration to design, develop, and implement control systems that improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability. This role involves hands-on work in commissioning , startup , and on-site support . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute automation projects from design through commissioning and startup . Perform PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms). Design and develop
HMI/SCADA
interfaces . Configure and integrate industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.). Validate and troubleshoot control systems prior to deployment. Support robotic cells , sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices. Lead on-site commissioning and startup at customer facilities. Provide technical support and maintain strong client communication. Ensure compliance with automation standards and best practices. Maintain documentation, backups, and version control of programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering , or related field. Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems . Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, robotics, sensors, and industrial automation equipment . Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly lines . Willingness to travel and work on-site ( field service / commissioning ). Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills . Preferred Qualifications Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Siemens, or similar PLC platforms . Experience in automotive manufacturing or automated production lines . Knowledge of robot programming (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, etc.) .
