Job Description

Sr. Controls Engineer Position Summary Seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to design, program, and commission industrial automation systems. This role will lead controls development for custom machinery and manufacturing equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and develop PLC, HMI, and motion control systems. Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms. Create electrical schematics and control system documentation. Support machine startup, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance. Integrate robotics, vision systems, drives, and industrial networks. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Controls, or related Engineering field. 5+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial automation or machine building. Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networking. Ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems. Experience with robotics and system integration preferred.
