Defines robotics standards, strategies, and best practices across the company. Tackles unprecedented robotics challenges with innovative solutions. Mentors technicians and engineers at all levels. Represents company expertise in customer meetings and industry forums. Aligns robotics solutions with business growth and strategic direction. Acts as the highest-level technical escalation point for the service department, resolving critical field failures and leading the development of remote support strategies, diagnostic procedures, and knowledge base content; collaborates with service leadership to identify recurring issues and drive engineering improvements across the installed base.
