Our teams have won World Championship titles in 2016, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 . Our Irvine campus is growing, and we are expanding our team to continue developing the next generation of young engineers. What You'll Do Guide students ages 6-18 in learning VEX robotics design, building, and programming Use questions, demonstrations, and feedback to help students develop their own ideas and solutions Encourage students to identify problems, test ideas, and improve their robots independently Guide teams through the engineering process, from initial concepts to competition Support students in developing engineering notebooks, problem-solving skills, and teamwork Help prepare students and teams for regional, national, and World Championship events Communicate student progress clearly with students and parents What We're Looking For Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate effectively with our students and families A genuine passion for working with children and a strong sense of responsibility Patient, dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn A background in software, engineering, robotics, or a related STEM field is preferred, but not required Prior experience in robotics coaching or teaching is a plus, but not required Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply Hands-on, motivated, and eager to continue learning and growing with us Because this position involves direct contact with minors, any offer of employment will be contingent upon successful completion of applicable background checks and fingerprint clearances conducted after a conditional offer, in accordance with California law Why Join Ruiguan No prior VEX coaching experience is required Receive training from a world-championship coaching team Learn a proven robotics teaching and competition training methodology Competitive salary based on experience and ability H-1B sponsorship may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates, subject to eligibility and business needs Clear opportunities for professional growth as our program expands
