$37 - $46 per hour Job Details - Overview The Electro-Mechanical & Robotics Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This role supports production through advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and robotics programming. Key Responsibilities Program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB) and automation systems Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment Execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions Manage work orders and maintenance schedules through
CMMS/SAP
systems Maintain spare parts inventory and support procurement processes Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures Qualifications Degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation fields 5+ years of industrial maintenance or robotics experience Experience with machine controls, electrical systems, or equipment repair Hands-on robotics experience (Fanuc, ABB preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Familiarity with SAP or similar systems Knowledge of manufacturing safety, quality, and environmental standards Compensation & Benefits $37-$46/hour (DOE) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Additional wellness and employee assistance programs A bit about us: - We are a fast-growing, technology-driven manufacturing organization focused on automation, robotics, and continuous improvement.
