Key Responsibilities Own manufacturing equipment readiness. Act as technical owner for robotic assembly and automated equipment. Lead system-level troubleshooting. Maintain validated equipment state. Analyze equipment performance trends. Develop maintenance strategies. Train and mentor technicians. Support design reviews and audits. Qualifications 6-10 years of medical device manufacturing experience. Engineering degree preferred. Extensive electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience. Strong GMP knowledge. Leadership experience without direct people management.
