Job Description

Description:
Harsh International, a leading manufacturer of livestock feed equipment and hydraulic hoists since 1948, is seeking a Robotic Welding Operator to join our team in Eaton, CO.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor robotic welding systems to weld components to specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to adjust and program robotic welders. Learn processes via on-the-job training (OJT) with other robot welders and programmers. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic welding equipment. Perform quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet specified standards. Track inventory of welding materials and components. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in all aspects of work. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize welding processes.

Harsh Outdoors Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. 1+ year of welding experience; robotic welding experience preferred (entry/junior level candidates will be considered). Desire to learn PLC programming; existing PLC experience a plus. Basic understanding of various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment, including ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Safety-conscious mindset.
