We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Weld Operator to join structural fabrication shop. This role involves operating and programming advanced Python X robotic welding systems to ensure precise, efficient, and high-quality welds across various production lines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in robotic weld machinery, fabrication processes, with knowledge in blueprint reading. The Robotic Weld Operator will support our growing fabrication shop in a daily basis. Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:30pm (Occasional weekend work) $20.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic welding systems, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality specifications. Assure all raw material is placed property for the machine to process. Program, configure, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment using robotics platforms and HMI systems. Maintain detailed documentation of robot programs, system configurations, and operational procedures. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic systems, industrial electrical components, and tooling.

Experience Required:

Experience with structural fabrication projects. Experience with Python X robotic machine. Experience with fabrication blueprints. Able to heavy lift comfortably and stand for long periods of hours.
