Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed production equipment to reduce downtime and ensure product quality. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues Perform preventative maintenance (PM) Improve equipment performance and output Follow cGMP and SOPs; update procedures as needed Rebuild and restore parts Collaborate with production teams and engineers Qualifications 3-5 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Experience with PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, and VFDs High school diploma (technical certification preferred) Strong English communication skills Preferred High-speed manufacturing experience Advanced troubleshooting skills Work Environment 12-hour day or night rotating shifts Strict safety and aseptic standards This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
