This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality welds, optimizing robotic performance, and supporting production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate robotic welding systems (Lincoln, Panasonic or similar) Troubleshoot and adjust robot programs to maintain weld quality and cycle time Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on robotic welding equipment Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document program changes and production data as required Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating or programming robotic welding systems (preferred) Experience with MIG welding processes Familiarity with robotic systems Ability to read blueprints and understand welding symbols Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Knowledge of fixtures, tooling, and weld sequencing Understanding of lean manufacturing principles Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
