Robotics Technician Job Details Schedule:

Saturday-Wednesday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM.

Hebron, KY Robotics Technician Requirements/Qualifications Must be fully bilingual. Basic computer skills required, including the ability to navigate a Robot Management System (RMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Relevant technical background in robotics, artificial intelligence, programming, or a related field. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, address, and document technical issues quickly and accurately. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work safely inside designated robot areas. Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and heavy lifting. Ability to understand robot functions and basic hardware components, including sensors and camera scanners. Previous experience in a related technical role is a plus. One year of warehouse automation experience preferred. Scissor lift license preferred. About the Robotics Technician Role As a Robotics Technician, your responsibilities will include: Monitor automated robotic systems to maintain daily warehouse operations. Identify and resolve robot exceptions, including derailments, crashes, disconnections, and breakdowns. Safely enter designated robot areas to address equipment issues. Remove fallen products and other obstructions affecting robot operations. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs that can be completed on-site. Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting according to user manuals. Monitor robot tasks and ensure equipment status matches the system. Use RMS and WMS software to monitor and support automated operations. Document completed work using a phone-based maintenance order system. Report hardware issues and recurring exceptions to management in detail. Test equipment after resolving issues to help prevent repeated failures. Collaborate with developers and other operational teams to address technical concerns. Provide support to the operations team and answer questions related to robot functions.
