Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and resolution steps. Document all service activities, including repairs and installations, to maintain accurate equipment records. Participate in ongoing technical training and safety seminars to stay current with evolving manufacturing technologies. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated aptitude in mechanical or electrical maintenance through school, internships, or hands-on work.
