This is a hands-on role working closely with our robotics team to diagnose faults, carry out repairs and keep complex electromechanical systems ready for testing. You'll bring practical electrical and mechanical skills, a methodical approach to troubleshooting, and care in assembling and maintaining robotic hardware. What you'll do Diagnose and repair actuator-related and electrical power-system faults. Assemble, disassemble, inspect and maintain complex electromechanical robotic systems. Troubleshoot electrical connections, wiring and mechanical assemblies to identify the causes of failures. Support robot testing, verify repairs and share findings with the engineering team. Document faults, repairs and assembly procedures to make future builds and maintenance more reliable. Work with engineers to improve serviceability and keep development hardware ready for testing. What you'll bring Hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing actuator or electrical power-system faults. Experience assembling and disassembling complex electromechanical machines. A practical understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and how they interact. A careful, systematic approach to troubleshooting and safe handling of electrical and mechanical hardware. Clear communication and the ability to explain what failed, how you diagnosed it and how you verified the repair. Especially useful experience Building or assembling a complete legged robot from scratch. Maintaining or testing humanoid robots or other complex robotic systems. Wiring harness assembly, soldering, PCB diagnostics and electrical test equipment. Python scripting for diagnostics, CAD or fixture design, and 3D printing. Supporting prototype builds and documenting repeatable assembly or repair processes. We are particularly interested in practical examples of systems you have built, repaired or maintained.
