Overview Orisol is a global leader and manufacturer of equipment for the footwear. Our equipment covers a wide range of machinery - from computerized sewing machines and RF welding equipment to Robotic cement sprayers. Our US branch is responsible for the support of our North American customers. The Application Technician function is to support new and exisiting customers with the installation of new equipment, troubleshooting and service of existing machines, training of customer's technical staff etc. Duties Perform or assist customers with the installation of the Orisol equipment. Provide customers the needed training to properly utilize the Orisol equipment Provide customers with technical support, both remote and on-site. Provide the R&D and manufacturing groups with feedback and improvement suggestions Travel up to 2-3 weeks at a time to support customer Qualifications Proficient using a PC Proficient using email / Outlook Proficient using Microsoft Office Good mechanical skills Attention to details Excellent time management skills Capable to be well organized and perform all tasks in the assigned timeframe Willingness to work in both office and shop/factory environment Good oral and written communication skills CAD knowledge preferred (AutoCAD or other) Experience with PC hardware preferred Experience with sewing machines a plus Experience with robotics a plus

Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour
