About the Role The employee in this position does minor programming and maintains the robots in the plant. What You'll Do
  • Basic Robot Operations (power up/down, servo on/off, safety, daily maintenance)
  • Basic Robot Techniques (recovering the robot from minor crashes & setting up repeat jobs)
  • Basic Robot Programming (Fanuc)
  • Total Quality Aspects of Robotics Trimming (interpret check fixture information into program changes)
  • Daily Robotic Documentation (PM logs, program file, & fixture inventory)
  • Minor Maintenance (robot, fixture & tooling repair)
  • Basic computer skills (log on, access Microsoft Outlook, access robotic programming files).
Tools Needed:
Metric and Standard wrenches, Allen wrenches, Pliers, Phillips and straight bit screwdrivers, tape measure, scale, razor knife and lockable box to store tools.
  • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • Good mechanical, troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • General knowledge of computers and software.
  • Ability to reference technical manuals.
