RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain robots and other automation equipment to assure maximum productivity including performing mechanical and electrical repairs during production and non-production time. Set up and program robots and other automated equipment. Weld products and understand weld consumables and weld parameters in order to achieve required weld quality while maintaining safety systems. Perform and document preventative maintenance and submit work orders to appropriate departments for resolution. Troubleshoot improvements to reduce cycle times for robots and other automated equipment. Set weld parameters for mild steel, aluminum steel, and stainless steel. Set up, calibrate, and run welders and robotic production equipment Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, and models to inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on specified production equipment.

Requirements:
