Position Summary:
We are seeking a Field Implementation Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and on-site operation of robotic solutions. This role combines hands-on field work with technical implementation, making it ideal for candidates with a technical background who enjoy working directly with equipment and clients.
Responsibilities:
On-Site Installation & Setup:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of robotic systems at client locations.
Implementation Support:
Support the deployment and configuration of robotic applications based on project requirements.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field, ensuring optimal system performance.
Testing & Validation:
Perform on-site testing to validate system functionality and client requirements.
Client Interaction:
Work directly with customers to support implementations and provide basic training.
Technical Support:
Provide first/second-level support for robotic solutions when issues arise.
Pre-Sales Support:
Assist in demos, basic technical presentations, and solution setup.
Reporting:
Document activities, issues, and progress for project tracking.
Requirements:
Technical degree (preferred) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, robotic systems or related. Ability to troubleshoot and work hands-on with equipment Basic understanding of automation or robotics (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-facing abilities Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Availability to work on-site and travel when required.
