We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to support high-volume metal fabrication operations. This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with both robotic welding cells and MIG welding, as well as production-floor quality standards.Why Work With Employbridge:

Operate and monitor robotic welding machines (robotic welding cells, automated welding systems) Perform MIG welding on steel components as needed Load/unload parts, fixtures, and jigs into robotic weld cells Adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production flow Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency Perform basic preventative maintenance on robotic welding equipment Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goalsRobotic/MIG Welder Required Experience:
Hands-on experience operating robotic welding machines Experienced with fixture setup, tooling changeovers, or machine calibration Knowledge of weld inspection standards MIG welding experience•ability to produce clean, consistent welds Ability to read basic blueprints, weld symbols, and production instructions Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50lbs. work in a fast-paced production settingSimilar remote jobs
