Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
Start time 5:30
AM Shifts:
10-12 hours per day
Some Saturdays:
Half shifts from 5:30 AM - 1:00
PM Job Description:
A manufacturer of high-quality cable trays and cable bus systems, is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support our TIG welding department. This position focuses on loading and unloading parts for a robotic welding system, with long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing, robotics, or welding automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts into a robotic TIG welding cell Monitor the welding process to ensure parts are properly positioned Perform basic quality checks on finished welds Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production standards Assist the welding team as needed
Growth Opportunity:
On-the-job training in robotic welding operations Opportunity to learn robotic setup and eventually assist with programming
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 to 75 pound materials as required Willingness to learn and grow within the company Manufacturing or welding experience is a plus, but not required Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
