Mechatronics & Robotics Technician Job Description As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will leverage your expertise to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. This role provides the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, while also allowing you to mentor junior technicians and help them develop in their roles. Responsibilities Repair and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Mentor junior technicians and provide maintenance supervision. Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Engage in risk management and preventative maintenance planning. Utilize maintenance management and control systems. Perform data analysis and project management tasks. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. 2+ years of experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment. 2+ years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics. 2+ years of demonstrating adherence to safety standards. 1+ years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE). High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning. Knowledge of automation and control systems. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and CMMS. Capability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Why Work Here?
