Job Title:
Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician - Paying up to $42.65/Hour! Job Description As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will lead service technicians on the team in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will help train and mentor service technicians and contract technicians. Responsibilities Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Design solutions for complex problems and manage projects. Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians. Conduct preventative maintenance planning and management. Perform conveyor maintenance and control systems troubleshooting. Engage in data analysis and project management. Implement Six Sigma methodologies. Utilize CMMS for maintenance management. Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Supervise maintenance and mentor junior technicians. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Manage risk effectively. Essential Skills 4+ years of experience in repairing and maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and pneumatic systems. 4+ years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. 4+ years of experience in conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 4+ years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics. 4+ years of experience in demonstrating safety standards. 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE). Additional Skills & Qualifications High school or equivalent diploma. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mt. Juliet, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75400.00 - $90700.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401k match- full benefits, pto, sick, vacation Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Mt.
