Join Sparkoz Sparkoz Technology Corporation develops next-generation autonomous cleaning robots that are transforming the commercial cleaning industry. We're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support customers across North America. If you have experience servicing commercial cleaning equipment, you're exactly who we're looking for. You don't need robotics experience—we'll provide the training. What matters most is your mechanical ability, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to providing excellent customer service. About the Role As a Field Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers and dealer partners to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Sparkoz autonomous cleaning robots. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience servicing commercial cleaning equipment who wants to learn robotics and grow with an innovative technology company. What You'll Do Install, commission, and test autonomous cleaning robots at customer locations. Perform product demonstrations and train customers on robot operation and routine maintenance. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, software, and basic networking issues. Perform preventive maintenance and field repairs. Provide technical support by phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits. Support dealer technicians with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Complete service reports and maintain accurate repair records. Assist with spare parts inventory and equipment shipments. Participate in field testing of new products and software releases. Share customer feedback with our engineering and product teams to help improve future products. Who We're Looking For We care more about your hands-on experience and problem-solving skills than your education. Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing commercial cleaning equipment is highly preferred. Experience with cleaning equipment Experience repairing mechanical or electrical equipment. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Comfortable using Windows computers and mobile applications. Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, IP configuration, routers) is a plus. Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused. Willing to travel up to 50% throughout the United States. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
