What You Will Be Doing Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated production machinery. Identify and resolve operational faults in AC and DC motor drive systems and industrial power controls. Collaborate with PLCs to minimize equipment downtime. Read and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, and logic diagrams for machinery overhauls. Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs and support preventative maintenance strategies. Occasional travel for regional goals or technical training. What We Are Looking For Electro-mechanical expertise with a degree or equivalent experience. Experience in AC/DC drives and industrial PLCs. Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years. Commitment to a structured 12-hour rotating schedule. Team player with strong communication skills. Local commute within the Greater Green Bay area.
