Job Title:
General Laborer Job Description We are seeking two dedicated general laborers to join our team on a solar site, specifically working on carports. The ideal candidates will have experience in trenching, concrete, and solar work. This role involves physical labor, including digging trenches by hand all day long and assisting with moving panels and supporting solar installers. Responsibilities Dig trenches by hand throughout the day. Assist with moving solar panels as needed. Support solar installers with various tasks. Follow safety protocols and use fall protection equipment. Essential Skills Experience in trenching and concrete work. General labor experience. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with solar installations is advantageous. Fall protection training and harness usage is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hayward, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
