What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Development Operations Lead to serve as the operational backbone of Tesla Energy's project development organization. This role will build the systems, processes, and workflows that enable the team to scale across solar, storage, and powered land projects. The Operations Lead will own the team's project management infrastructure — processes, budget tracking, vendor management, legal and contract coordination, and cross-functional reporting. This person will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks as the pipeline grows, and will be a key enabler of the team's speed and execution quality. Successful candidates will have deep experience in renewable energy development operations and a builder's mentality.
