Job Description
CWE/ROCC
Process Improvements:
- Develop and refine troubleshooting guides for top fault codes across all inverter technologies
- Build out and maintain fault code database and Do Not Reset DNR lists
- Utilize AI to create troubleshooting guides and apply engineering principles to datasets to synthesize information
- Serve as primary technical liaison between Solar Inverter Fleet Team ROCC and CWE acting independently on technical matters
- Complete process improvement assignments with broad terms general objectives and limitations
- Interface with individuals and OEMs within and outside the organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to individual projects Supporting Areas of Responsibility
Solar Inverter Team:
- Support component failure rate analysis and development of work plans
- Become a subject matter expert in at least one inverter manufacturer
- Conduct root-cause analysis RCA for equipment failures at solar sites
- Provide assistance to field technicians and ROCC operators with troubleshooting inverter and other solar issues
- Support the development of countermeasures for recurring issues

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in other engineering discipline with equivalent experience with electrical systems
- 5 years of engineering experience
- Utility-scale inverter and power electronics experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering
- 2 years of experience with solar inverters
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Previous experience in operations support or control center environments Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Juno Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00
