Job Description:

Ready to take your BIM career into large-scale commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction? We're looking for a BIM Specialist with hands-on electrical modeling experience to join a growing electrical construction team in Greensboro, NC! ????

Location:

Greensboro, NC (ON-SITE) ????

Requirements:

2-5 years of BIM experience in electrical construction or MEP. Experience with large commercial or industrial projects. Understanding of electrical systems, conduit routing, and power distribution. Proficiency with AutoCAD. Data Center / Mission-Critical experience is a

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain detailed 3D electrical models using Revit and Navisworks. Model conduit, equipment, devices, fixtures, power distribution, and electrical systems. Translate electrical drawings, one-lines, and panel schedules into accurate 3D models. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows. Create installation, hanger, sleeve, and prefabrication drawings. Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination. Assist with as-built models and model-based construction processes. Support field teams with constructability-focused BIM solutions. ????

Compensation & Benefits:
