TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT - AI DATA
CENTERBuild the Infrastructure Powering Artificial Intelligence A top national builder is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support one of the largest AI-focused data center campuses currently under construction in the United States. This long-term opportunity will support multiple hyperscale facilities totaling millions of square feet with extensive site development, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities. Responsibilities + Lead daily field operations from mobilization through turnover + Manage subcontractors, logistics, schedule, safety, and quality + Coordinate activities across structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes + Drive production milestones on large-scale, fast-track projects + Partner with project management teams, owners, engineers, and trade partners Qualifications + 7+ years of superintendent experience + Background in data center, manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, healthcare, aviation, or large commercial construction + Strong scheduling and field leadership skills + Ability to travel full-time Why Join Us + Multi-year project pipeline + Billion-dollar project portfolio + Industry-leading compensation and travel package + Opportunity to work on the infrastructure powering the future of AI Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
