The Successful Applicant The Senior Project Developer (Solar + BESS) will have: Bachelor's degree in relevant field is desirable 3-6 years experience within the renewable industry, ideally in Project Development Ideally has exposure to utility-scale solar or storage projects Based in the DFW area and open to a hybrid working schedule What's on Offer The Senior Project Developer (Solar + BESS) will be eligible for: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary 10% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits package whereby the employer covers 100% of your healthcare, 20 days PTO and 4% 401k match
