Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor CAD Technician position include: 2+ years of relevant survey CAD experience required Colorado land development experience strongly preferred Must have boundary, ALTA, and topographic survey experience Produce ALTA surveys, plats, easements, topographic surveys, and legal descriptions Strong command of Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center preferred Experience with point clouds, LiDAR, drone data processing, and/or photogrammetry such as Pix4D preferred Turn raw field data into clean, accurate Civil 3D deliverables with minimal oversight Collaborate with surveyors and project managers while helping train developing CAD technicians

Salary :

$32 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
