Clymer Farner Barley Surveying, LLC (CFB) is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in a wide range of land surveying services and civil engineering. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Middleton, FL (The Villages) Survey office and help us shape the future of our organization. Job Description As an Administrative Assistant at CFB, you will play a key role in supporting our survey office and project managers, ensuring the seamless execution of daily administrative tasks. Your ability to prioritize, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and meet deadlines will contribute to the success of our team and projects. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls; take messages to assist project managers. Assist in tracking, preparing, and following up on project proposals. Open job numbers for all assigned projects and maintain accurate records. Set up new projects in Asana and assist in managing related tasks. Track project deliverables, create invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments. Manage the closeout of project files efficiently. Provide administrative support for project managers, including any additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred; experience in surveying or engineering is a plus! Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Asana is advantageous.
