Job Description Role Overview:
- Office-based Survey Technician / CAD production role
- Heavy AutoCAD Civil 3D (≈80% of day)
- Focused on creating survey drawings and deliverables
- More of a "doer" / drafter vs reviewer
- NOT a legal/QC-heavy role
Day-to-Day:
- Create and edit survey drawings using Civil 3D
- Work with topographic surveys, boundary data, and maps
- Process field data into usable CAD deliverables
- Perform basic boundary calculations
- Produce survey plans, plats, and mapping outputs

- Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D (core requirement, 80-90% of day to day)
- Experience with: ○ Topographic surveys ○ Boundary mapping ○ Survey plan production
- Understanding of survey workflows in an office setting
- ALTA, boundary, or plat production experience
- Exposure to land development or AEC environments
- Ability to work directly from field data to finished drawings
