Leak Survey Technician Location:
Goshen, IN 46526 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Leak Survey Technician to join our team in Goshen, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting leak detection surveys on pipelines and related infrastructure to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Perform leak detection surveys using specialized equipment such as gas detectors, ultrasonic devices, and other industry-standard tools. Inspect pipelines, valves, and other infrastructure for leaks and potential issues. Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for maintenance and repair teams. Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during survey operations. Collaborate with field and maintenance personnel to address identified leaks promptly. Maintain and calibrate leak detection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Travel to various job sites within the designated service area as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in leak detection or related field preferred. Previous experience in leak detection, pipeline inspection, or a related field is a plus. Ability to operate leak detection equipment and interpret data accurately. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Working Conditions This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and may require physical activity such as walking, climbing, and lifting.
