$50,000- $75,000 per year (based on experience) + bonuses, PTO, holidays, cell phone stipend, health insurance stipend Join Our Team Unger Surveying & Engineering is a growing land surveying and engineering firm serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington D.
GPS/GNSS
equipment, robotic total stations, and data collectors Collect accurate field measurements and maintain organized field documentation Locate and document existing site features and utilities Perform construction layout for buildings, roads, utilities, stormwater facilities, and site improvements Set and recover property corners and survey control points Download, review, and organize field data Maintain survey vehicles and equipment Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients as needed Follow company safety procedures and project requirements QualificationsPreferred 2+ years of land surveying experience Experience with construction staking and layout Experience operating robotic total stations and GPS equipment Familiarity with Carlson Survey software and data collectors Ability to read and interpret construction plans and engineering drawings Prior field leadership or independent crew experience Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry survey equipment and materials Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Professional attitude in the field Equipment & Technology Our crews utilize modern surveying technology, including:Carlson SurvPC Data Collection Software RTK GPS Systems Robotic Total Stations Compensation & Benefits Salary:
