C. We provide boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and utility mapping services for commercial, residential, municipal, and renewable energy projects. We are seeking a motivated Field Surveyor / Survey Crew Chief to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while using modern surveying technology and building a long-term career within a growing company. Position Summary The Field Surveyor / Survey Crew Chief will perform and/or lead field survey operations including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and utility mapping. Candidates should be capable of working independently in the field, producing accurate results, and maintaining a professional attitude on project sites. Experience with construction staking, GPS surveying, and robotic total stations is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys Operate

equipment, robotic total stations, and data collectors Collect accurate field measurements and maintain organized field documentation Locate and document existing site features and utilities Perform construction layout for buildings, roads, utilities, stormwater facilities, and site improvements Set and recover property corners and survey control points Download, review, and organize field data Maintain survey vehicles and equipment Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients as needed Follow company safety procedures and project requirements QualificationsPreferred 2+ years of land surveying experience Experience with construction staking and layout Experience operating robotic total stations and GPS equipment Familiarity with Carlson Survey software and data collectors Ability to read and interpret construction plans and engineering drawings Prior field leadership or independent crew experience Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry survey equipment and materials Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Professional attitude in the field Equipment & Technology Our crews utilize modern surveying technology, including:
