Job Description
Overview As a Survey Assistant Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. (CEC), in our St. Louis, MO office, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process to assist a Licensed Surveyor with a variety of projects including crew scheduling and daily assignments, developing deed search and work maps, developing base map CAD files, and conducting courthouse or other records research to collect right of way and property information. You will use your knowledge of
ALTA/NSPS
Land Title Surveys, Oil and Gas surveys, Pipeline Surveying, Topographic Mapping, Courthouse Research, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys to contribute to the project's success. The majority of your time will be in the office, but occasional fieldwork may occur. Qualifications 5+ years' related experience Knowledge of survey field and office survey procedures Knowledgeable of AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar drafting software Uploading and downloading of equipment and processing; JXL, DC, or other survey collector file types FAA Pt. 107 License, or familiarity with sUAS drone operations Valid Driver's License About Us We have experts!
