Job Description
Under direct supervision, you will: Assist with collecting and analyzing data from deeds, titles, utility records, structural plans, and related documents. Operate survey instruments (such as Leica Robotic Total Stations and GPS equipment) to support boundary, topographic, as-built, subdivision, profile, and existing condition surveys. Support construction compliance verification and field staking activities. Assist with mapping, drafting, and preparation of survey documentation. Generate accurate field notes, photographs, sketches, calculations, and digital files using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPak, or similar software. Help verify conformance with applicable regulations, codes, boundaries, and construction specifications. Maintain strong safety practices in all field operations. Participate in ongoing training and skill development. Uphold professional conduct and KLJ's standards of quality and ethics. Employees must be able to:
