A New Jersey based Surveying firm is seeking talented individuals to support our continued and exciting growth!
Job Title:
Survey Technician Job Type:
Full Time Experience:
Minimum of 2 Years Roles and Responsibilities Leadership Carry out the firm's mission, vision and values; Carry out assigned management objectives; Ability to see multiple projects through from inception to staff utilization to completion with minimal supervision; Exhibit the ability to keep professional composure as it correlates with work related deadlines or stressors; Self-motivated and goal oriented; Client Service Manage multiple concurrent projects; manage multiple requests from Management with supervision; Demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines at all costs and at all times. Technical Responsibilities Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, latest edition, including file management, presentation strategies, and InSite's CAD Standards Manual; Familiar with deed plotting, plotting filed maps, drafting from survey point data, point data rotation and checking, point file setup for field stakeout or survey; Knowledge of map standards for survey Knowledge of setting up title blocks and familiarity with survey notes Qualifications and Education Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in a capacity similar to that described above; Exhibit skills in the capacity described above; Fluency in English language, with excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills (public speaking is a plus); Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and project management skills; Ability to work on a team and individually; Exceptional analytical and computational skills; Support and trust of the partner group, management team and staff;Job Type:

$50,000.00- $85,000.
