Las Cruces, NM Position Overview Bohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time Survey Office Technician to join our Survey and Spatial Data Group in our Las Cruces office. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Survey Office Technician, you would be involved in numerous tasks that include assisting with the following: Reduction of survey data - GPS, LiDAR, sUAS and other data sets Preparation of survey documents including: Geodetic Control Plats ALTAs Topographic Maps Easements GIS digital deliveries Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail. The ability to problem solve and innovate. Work with limited supervision. What We Are Looking For You have a High School Diploma or 2-year related degree preferred. You have a minimum of one year of experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D. You have experience with GIS software, construction staking calculations, data reduction for boundary, right-of-way surveys, topographic and/or engineering design will be considered more qualified. Candidates with survey field experience will be considered more qualified.
