We're looking for a motivated Survey Technician to join our team and support a wide range of land surveying projects—from site development to construction layout. What You'll Do Perform a variety of surveys, including topographic, boundary, utility, and construction layout Collect precise field data using modern surveying equipment and GPS technology Review plans, maps, and engineering drawings to understand project scope and execute survey work effectively Record detailed field measurements to support design, drafting, and modeling Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Assist with survey drafting and modeling using AutoCAD and Civil 3D when working in the office Apply mathematical calculations to determine distances, elevations, and angles Maintain a strong focus on safety and best practices while working on active job sites What We're Looking For ✅ Experience & Education 1-3 years of surveying experience (field experience preferred) High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with: Topographic surveys Boundary surveys Construction layout Utility surveys ✅ Technical Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD and working knowledge of Civil 3D Experience using surveying instruments and GPS equipment Strong math and measurement skills ✅ What Sets You Apart Experience with drone surveying (a plus) CAD drafting experience for survey plans and models Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy A proactive attitude and desire to grow your career in surveying Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
