Hands-on field role. Will-train environment - if you've got the work ethic and the right background, we'll teach you the rest. Clear path to Crew Chief for someone who wants it. What You'll Do Assist the Crew Chief on construction, commercial, and residential projects Set and recover monuments, hubs, stakes, and offsets Clear lines of sight, take measurements, and document field conditions Maintain equipment, vehicles, and supplies Load and unload trucks daily What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons Valid driver's license and clean MVR Ability to follow plans and instructions Willingness to learn Nice to Have 1+ year of field experience Leica equipment experience OSHA 10 Construction plan reading Compensation & Benefits $18-$24/hour, based on experience Overtime paid Paid time off and paid holidays Continuing education support Clear path to Crew Chief How to
