Job Description
Essential Functions:
Drafting and preparing topographic and construction survey plans. Collaborating with the Survey Manager to ensure accurate plan preparation. Calculating layout information and preparing files for field crews. Performing survey data processing, 3D modelling and volume calculations. Communicating effectively with team members and clients as needed.Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit & MicroStation Proficiency in preparing topographic and construction survey plans. Strong knowledge of survey data processing, 3D modelling, preparing section/profile views, and volume calculations. Ability to perform accurate calculations using GPS and data processing tools. Experience in preparing data for survey field crews. Excellent attention to detail and drive for excellence. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work without supervision as well as within a busy and close-knit team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on construction sites and performing field measurements. Knowledge of Trimble total stations and TBC (Trimble Business Center) software.
