Role Description We are seeking a Geomatics Technician to join our team in Midland, TX. This hybrid role involves both office and fieldwork, supporting engineering and construction projects through geospatial data collection, drone mapping, and spatial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in both collaborative and independent environments. Qualifications (Candidate may have all or any of the following) Part 107 Drone License Experience with drone technology for mapping Pumper experience and oilfield knowledge/experience (ideal) Pipeline as-builts Surveying and data collection skills Total Station experience CAD drafting experience 3D Laser scanning Excellent attention to detail and data entry/interpretation skills GIS software experience Knowledge of geospatial data analysis and visualization techniques Effective communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, processes, and industry practices Previous field survey or construction support experience is a plus At Elite Optimization, you'll be part of a driven and innovative team with access to cutting-edge technology and a supportive work culture.
