Sr. Survey CAD Technician

Summary We have an immediate opening available in our growing survey department for a Sr. Survey CAD Drafter/Technician with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. This position must have knowledge of office surveying techniques, including the processing of topographic survey field data, generating DTMs/Surfaces, preparing topographic survey plans using applicable standards, deed and easement research, property mosaic preparation, boundary surveys and analysis, and plan development. •This position offers the option to work in our office full-time or a hybrid schedule. Incumbent must be located within commuting distance. Requirements 10+ years' experience as a Survey CAD Drafter/Tech required Must be proficient with either or both AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation Inroads/OpenRoads Coordinate geometry and trigonometry skills a plus Processing or extracting LiDAR point cloud data a plus Have excellent written and verbal communication skills NJDOT or PennDOT experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Strong time management skills is required Field survey experience a plus but not required
