Survey CAD Technician DiGiacomo Land Surveying is seeking an experienced Survey CAD Technician to join our team. We are a growing land surveying firm focused on high-quality, precise work. Position Overview This role encompasses office surveying tasks, with a focus on setting up construction stakeout, boundary setup, preparing as-builts, and building 3D models. Key Responsibilities Setting up construction stakeout files and layout data Processing as-built surveys Building and maintaining 3D models and surfaces Moderate comprehension of construction plan sets Boundary setups and related calculations Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying Strong experience in survey construction setup and boundary setup Proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD and Carlson software Familiar with both field and office aspects of surveying Organized and able to perform grade calculations, utility inverts, and job site layout tasks What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company Provided Health Insurance PTO Retirement Plan Stable, long-term employment Work from home options MAY be available after 90 day trial period but NOT guaranteed Application Process We have a thorough interview process including phone and in-person interviews.
