Job Description

Northam Survey LLC is a growing land surveying firm seeking a skilled CAD Technician to support our expanding workload. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work after training. We are looking for someone who can take a project from field data to a completed survey plan and wants to grow with a small, fast-paced company. Work in a small team environment with direct exposure to projects and decision-making.
What You'll Do:
Draft survey plans from field data (boundary, topo, subdivision, and construction plans) Process survey data and assist with field-to-finish workflows Work closely with field crews and project managers Maintain organized and accurate CAD files
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D preferred) Ability to complete survey drawings independently Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Bonus Skills (Not Required): Carlson Survey or Trimble Business Center Field experience with survey equipment LSIT / Surveyor in Training certification

Schedule:
Full-time (40+ hours) Overtime available Work is based in Dover, NH with potential for remote work after onboarding.
Pay:
$23.00 - $32.00 per hour
