Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deeds and Mapping Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the management of property records, assist with deed processing, and contribute to accurate mapping and documentation of land parcels. Need to have excellent costumer service skills.
Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure the smooth operation of our land management and real estate processes. Responsibilities Have excellent In-person customer service, able to educate the public, stay on task Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing deeds, titles, and property documents with precision and attention to detail Support the maintenance of accurate land records, including digital mapping and filing systems Coordinate with surveyors, title companies, and property owners to gather necessary documentation Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and support Organize and file legal documents, maps, and related paperwork efficiently in both physical and electronic formats Utilize computer skills to update CAMA software. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with office management tasks including filing, data entry, calendar management, and document proofreading Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients Familiarity with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining detailed records Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and front desk operations This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow.
