Land Administration Manager Job Summary:
The Land Tech position is an entry-level role focused on foundational land work, research, document preparation, and data entry, supporting the Land Associate and senior staff. While primarily behind-the-scenes, this role is crucial, requiring knowledge of basic oil & gas terminology, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Familiarity with land-related data, contracts, leases, titles, and landowner issues is essential for advancement within the field. The Land Tech plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient land management processes within the organization.Responsibilities:
Conduct basic land research and data gathering Prepare and organize documents related to land transactions Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist Land Associates and senior staff with various tasks Handle basic inquiries related to oil & gas terminology and land management Support in the preparation of reports and presentations Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information The above information is subject to updates and/or changes as business dictates.Skills:
